Korea Circuit to Sell Full 10.68% Stake in Vietnam Unit to Interflex

Korea Circuit disclosed on October 15, 2026 that it will dispose of its entire 10.68% stake in its Vietnamese subsidiary KOREA CIRCUIT VINA COMPANY LIMITED, reducing its holding to 0%, according to digitaltoday.co.kr.

The disposal amount is KRW 12,269,658,847, equal to 1.45% of Korea Circuit's equity capital of KRW 845,783,011,226. The buyer is Interflex. The board resolution was passed on October 15, 2026, and the scheduled disposal date is December 14, 2026.

The company said the purpose of the disposal is to improve the efficiency of overseas assets within the electronics group amid changes in downstream markets. No put option or similar contract was concluded. One outside director attended the board meeting, with no absentees, and the auditor also attended.

KOREA CIRCUIT VINA COMPANY LIMITED is a Vietnamese printed circuit board manufacturer with capital of KRW 72,894,376,475. For 2025 it reported total assets of KRW 48,351 million, total liabilities of KRW 2,084 million, total equity of KRW 46,267 million, capital of KRW 45,527 million, revenue of 0, and net income of KRW 207 million.

Korea Circuit's equity capital was calculated based on the Q1 2026 consolidated financial statements, the first prepared after the split merger's effective date of February 25, 2026. The company's consolidated financials for the year ending December 2025 were total assets of KRW 1,392.5 billion, total liabilities of KRW 602 billion, total equity of KRW 790.6 billion, revenue of KRW 1,509.7 billion, operating profit of KRW 53.8 billion, and net income of KRW 53.8 billion.

Korea Circuit was listed on the KOSPI market on September 9, 1985, in the electronic components manufacturing sector. Its share price stood at KRW 64,100 as of 5 p.m. on October 15, down KRW 11,700 (-15.44%) from the previous day.
