KT launched RadioBiz, an AI store-music service for small business owners, as a mobile supplementary service in cooperation with AI spatial music platform company UPLAZE, according to aitimes.com.
RadioBiz recommends and automatically plays music suited to the business type and store environment, such as cafes, restaurants and hair salons. It also provides announcement and reservation broadcasting for business hours, events and promotions.
In separate business news, Lotte Innovate signed an MOU with IT infrastructure company ITCEN CTS for operation of the Ansan Global Cloud Center and cooperation in the data center business. The Ansan GCC is a data center of about 40 megawatts scheduled for completion in 2027, with Lotte Innovate overseeing operations for five years.
LG Uplus took part in the European telecom and network exhibition Network X 2026, held in Vienna, Austria, from the 12th to the 15th of the month. The company presented commercialization results for Wi-Fi 7 supporting the 6GHz band and quality management technology that uses AI to analyze router quality data and detect customer inconvenience in advance.
