NHN Dooray launches military-wide collaboration platform to 300,000 personnel
The platform, built on Dooray!, runs on the defense network inside the Defense Integrated Data Center and covers the Ministry of National Defense and all service branches.
NHN Dooray said on October 19 that construction of 국방이음, an all-armed-forces integrated collaboration platform built on Dooray!, has been completed and that the service has entered operation. The platform is used by 300,000 personnel across the Ministry of National Defense, the Army, Navy, Air Force and directly affiliated units, according to inews24.com.
Dooray! was deployed directly inside the Defense Integrated Data Center, separated from external networks, the company said. Dooray combines messenger, mail, project management, Drive, calendar and video conferencing in a single environment.
NHN Dooray also built a system that updates the on-premise defense-network deployment with the latest SaaS version of Dooray, allowing the installed environment to track the commercial service.

From late 2024, NHN Dooray provided Dooray! to the Ministry of National Defense and some units while preparing to expand the service across the wider defense organization.
