Wholesale spot prices for several Nvidia RTX 50-series graphics cards have risen again in China, and Asus has updated its pricing policy across its graphics card lineup, according to ChannelGate on October 23, 2026.

The 16 GB RTX 5080 has reportedly gone up by about 2000 CNY, roughly $300, with its wholesale spot price now around 14,500–15,000 yuan, or about $2,171–$2,246. The RTX 5070 Ti has reportedly risen by about 600 CNY, roughly $90.

Asus's revised policy adds 1,000 yuan (about $150) to the RTX 5080 16 GB, and 200 yuan (about $30) to the RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5070 and RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. All AMD cards under the Asus lineup face increases of 100–300 yuan.

Further increases expected

ChannelGate says the expected wholesale price of the mooted RTX 5080 24 GB could reach 19,999 yuan, just under $3,000.

In recent months, US retail graphics card prices have surged, with the cheapest RTX 5080 found at $1,850. The 16 GB RTX 5080 has been reported to be discontinued in favour of a 24 GB version.
