Oxso Proposes Human-Approval Control Layer for AI in Financial Document Work
Korean AI startup Oxso unveils Auxtho, an enterprise product that keeps people in charge of approval while AI handles document research and evidence checks.
Oxso has proposed a control structure for AI use in financial-sector document work through its enterprise product Auxtho, according to datanet.co.kr. Under the proposal, AI handles document research and evidence cross-checking while people keep judgment and accountability, focusing on exception judgment and final approval.
Oxso said it proposed joint verification to financial authorities, related institutions and financial companies, and plans to expand the scope step by step starting with tasks whose effects are confirmed. Auxtho targets customer answers, compliance and audit reports, and security inspection and remediation completion reports at financial firms.
The system compares sentences under review against approval materials and work standards, showing the original text, page and related passages while distinguishing insufficient or conflicting evidence. People decide to approve, hold or reject; approval is tied to the actual reviewed document version, and content changes after approval prevent proceeding with the prior approval.
Auxtho includes an internal defense layer called 'Ardamire Defense Layer' that checks requester identity and authority, request status and file matching, applying hold, quarantine and recovery procedures when problems occur. Oxso said it verified change-blocking and prevention of automatic retry of unconfirmed results in a local composite scenario, and in its own server tests it blocked unregistered operators and re-execution requests that skipped mandatory procedures.
Operations run mainly through the Auxtho app and console. Watch gathers evidence candidates per case, progress, items needing human judgment and handover records, while Ardamire Agent answers console-related questions and guides follow-up checks. Replay Entry lets users check the evidence, judgments and results used in a past execution, connecting to reviewer handover or Replay Lab, where a separate re-execution runs while keeping the original records and is compared with existing results.
In the verification, Oxso plans to compare document review time, exception judgment items, completion judgments without evidence and record reconstruction time against existing work procedures, evaluating both AI adoption effects and the effectiveness of control and verification processes.
