PDN Offers THORENS Turntable Sheet or Phono Cable With Select Players
The promotion runs until December 31, 2026 and requires no application, with the gift handed over automatically at the point of purchase.
PDN has launched a campaign that gives buyers of qualifying THORENS analog players either a leather turntable sheet or an original phono cable, according to av.watch.impress.co.jp. The promotion runs until December 31, 2026, and no application is needed: the gift is handed over automatically at the time of purchase.
Buyers of the TD1500 receive the THORENS cowhide turntable sheet in black, a general-purpose model. The sheet is 1.7 mm thick and is claimed to suppress unwanted resonance while barely affecting the tonearm's vertical tracking angle.
Buyers of the TD1601/TD1600, TD404DD, TD124DD and TD124DD Exclusive instead receive the THORENS original phono cable PHC150 in an RCA-RCA configuration. The cable uses finely stranded OCC pure copper conductors.
Two Tiers of Gifts
The split follows the model line: the entry-level TD1500 buyer gets the leather sheet, while the higher-tier decks come with the PHC150 cable. Both gifts are branded THORENS accessories rather than third-party items.
The campaign covers purchases made through the end of 2026, giving buyers roughly a year to take part.
