Razer announced and launched the Wolverine V4 Pro and the Wolverine V4 Tournament Edition, two new controllers for Xbox and PC, available today. The announcement was reported by windowscentral.com.
The Wolverine V4 Pro uses capacitive thumbstick sensors rather than TMR or Hall Effect sensors. It supports a polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz on PC and 250 Hz on Xbox, and ships with a removable magnetic faceplate and six thumbcaps. It no longer includes a carrying case.
The Wolverine V4 Tournament Edition is a cheaper, wired-only model positioned alongside the Pro.
