Redmi Turbo 6 Max tipped for 7-inch screen, 10,000mAh+ battery

A tipster claims the upcoming Xiaomi mid-ranger, powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500s, will pack a roughly 7-inch display and a battery above 10,000mAh.

A new leak suggests Xiaomi is preparing a mid-range phone with an unusually large screen and battery. According to Digital Chat Station, the device will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500s chipset and carry a display measuring roughly 7 inches, with a battery capacity exceeding 10,000mAh. The tipster also describes the phone's design as minimalist.

The leak is expected to refer to the Redmi Turbo 6 Max, the rumored successor to the Redmi Turbo 5 Max. Xiaomi has not commented on the claims, and no launch details have been announced.

The report follows earlier leaks about the same device. In July, a leaked render offered a first look at the Redmi Turbo 6 Max, showing a minimalist design with a horizontal pill-shaped rear camera bar. Another rumor from the same month claimed the phone would have a 7-inch display with 2K resolution.

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Turbo 5 Max earlier this year with a 9,000mAh battery and a 6.83-inch display. That phone also runs on the Dimensity 9500s.
