Samsung Rolls Out Stable One UI 9 to Galaxy S24, Fold 6, Flip 6 in Korea

The stable Android 17-based update is now available in South Korea, with OTA sizes ranging from about 408MB to 3.8GB depending on the device.

Samsung has started rolling out stable One UI 9, based on Android 17, to the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in South Korea, according to androidauthority.com. The update is going out now in the company's home market.

Galaxy S24 owners who were on the One UI 9 beta are receiving an OTA of roughly 500MB carrying firmware S92xNKSUGEZIF and the September 5, 2026 security patch. Those upgrading from One UI 8.5 face a much larger download of around 3.8GB.

For the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, the Korean build is EZIH, with a beta-to-stable OTA of about 408MB. A full package for these foldables comes in at roughly 3.5GB.

One UI 9 brings expanded Galaxy AI features, Quick Panel customization, privacy and security improvements, and upgrades to Samsung Health.
