Sanwa Supply launches foldable 3-panel USB-C mobile monitor

The TMMS26CBK adds three 15.6-inch full-HD screens to a laptop over one USB Type-C cable and folds down to a single panel for carrying.

Sanwa Supply has released the TMMS26CBK, a foldable mobile monitor built around three 15.6-inch full-HD LCD panels that connect through a single USB Type-C cable, creating a four-screen setup when combined with a notebook PC. The product is listed on the company's official online store at 78,980 yen.

The included storage case doubles as a 360-degree stand and supports both vertical and horizontal orientation; folded down, the unit is the size of one panel. Three display modes are offered: multi-display at 1,920×1,080, mirror mode at 1,920×1,080, and full-screen mode at 1,280×2,160.

Only the centre monitor carries speakers. The device supports VESA 75×75mm mounting on a monitor arm. Unfolded, dimensions reach up to 360mm wide, 340mm deep and 680mm high; stored with the handle, the unit measures 245mm wide, 30mm deep and 450mm high and weighs about 3.8kg.

Interfaces are USB Type-C, PD USB Type-C and mini HDMI. The panels are IPS non-glare LCDs with a 60Hz refresh rate and 20ms response time.

The package includes the main unit, case-type stand, an HDMI to miniHDMI cable, two USB Type-C to C cables, a USB Type-A to C cable, a PD65W AC adapter, a USB flash drive for driver installation and a Japanese manual, according to Akiba PC Watch.
