SpaceXSI Launches Grok Voice 3.0, Tops Voice AI Index

SpaceXSI launched its voice AI model Grok Voice 3.0 on October 14, 2026. The model scored 86.9 on Artificial Analysis's voice-to-voice index, ranking first, according to digitaltoday.co.kr.

OpenAI's GPT-Live-1 scored 83.2 and Google's Gemini 3.8 Live scored 82.6 on the same index. Grok Voice 3.0 also scored 97% on the full-duplex benchmark measuring handling of silence and interruptions.

In the tau-voice test, OpenAI's model scored 74.5% versus Grok Voice 3.0's 71.6%. SpaceXSI said its model's time to first voice response was about 40% shorter in that test. Per-task cost on Artificial Analysis's Big Bench Audio was about 2.5 cents for Grok Voice 3.0, 3 cents for GPT-Live-1 and 5.5 cents for GPT-Realtime-2.1. Grok Voice 3.0 recorded 74% accuracy across more than 200 enterprise scenarios on ServiceNow's EVA-bench, according to Nitin Agrawal, ServiceNow senior director of product management.

Grok Voice 3.0 is available through the voice agent API at 8 cents per minute or 4.80 dollars per hour, the same as Grok Voice 2.0. Developers using the 'grok-voice-latest' alias are switched to the new version automatically.

SpaceX acquired xAI in February 2026, and in July 2026 the AI organization's name was changed to SpaceXAI. Earlier in October 2026, the name was changed again to SpaceXSI. Grok Voice 2.0 was the previous version of the model and had the same pricing.
