Spigen Korea sets Nov 4 shareholder meeting to vote on new directors

Spigen Korea disclosed on October 20, 2026, that its board has decided to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 4, 2026, to vote on a slate of director appointments. The meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. at Spigen HQ Building A, 11th floor, 446 Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, according to digitaltoday.co.kr.

The board set the record date for voting rights at October 7, 2026, and passed the resolution to convene the meeting on October 20, 2026.

The agenda includes the appointment of Oh Yu-mi as an internal director for a three-year term. Oh, born in July 1978, is a new appointee and currently heads a division at Spigen Korea.

Audit committee and pay items also on the agenda

Shareholders will vote on the appointment of an independent director to serve on the audit committee. That item covers the re-appointment of Byeon Jae-hun for three years and the shareholder-proposed appointment of Ko Eun-jeong.

The agenda also includes approval of a director compensation limit for internal director Kim Dae-young, and an amendment to the articles of incorporation concerning the CEO's compensation limit.

Spigen Korea was listed on the KOSDAQ market on November 5, 2014. For the fiscal year ending December 2025, it reported total assets of 574.1 billion won, liabilities of 43.8 billion won and equity of 530.3 billion won, with revenue of 463.7 billion won, operating profit of 33.2 billion won and net profit of 29 billion won.
