Spotify will sell audiobooks via Premium, Audiobooks+, and direct sales in new markets, and Page Match now supports page-number scanning.

Spotify announced it is expanding its Audiobooks offering to more than 180 markets by the end of 2026, according to GSM Arena. The company says audiobooks will be available through Premium plans, Audiobooks+, and direct sales in the new markets.

In November, Spotify also said users on a Student plan in Ireland, Belgium, Austria, and Finland will be able to add listening hours using Audiobooks+, which has over one million subscribers and has exceeded $100 million in annual recurring revenue.
