Smaller memory configurations also declined. 8GB systems dropped by 0.99%, and PCs with 12GB fell by 0.29% during September.
Nvidia's RTX 50-series cards continued to pick up share. The RTX 5070 rose 2.30% to 5.86%, the RTX 5060 climbed 1.22% to 4.20%, and the RTX 5060 Ti gained 1.46% to reach 3.87%.
Storage and display figures moved in the same direction. Hard drive space above 1TB rose by 3.79%, and 1440p displays climbed by 5.18%. The share of Simplified Chinese users on Steam grew by 7.42% in the same month.
