TmaxTibero, TmaxSoft name Park Kyung-hee CEO, tap Jo Gwang-rae for AX

TmaxTibero and TmaxSoft announced on 6 November 2026 that Park Kyung-hee has been appointed head CEO overseeing both companies, according to datanet.co.kr.
The two firms also hired Jo Gwang-rae, a former Netmarble CTO, as head of their AX Promotion Team. They have set AI transformation (AX) as a key management direction.
Under the plan, TmaxTibero aims to evolve its existing products into an 'AI Data Platform' and TmaxSoft into an 'AI Middleware Platform'. The companies also intend to expand technical links between their database and middleware products.
