Trettitre Opens Kickstarter Preorders for $399 RASS Hi-Fi System
The wall-mountable Retro Ambient Sound System bundles a turntable, CD player and cassette deck, with individual units also sold separately.
Trettitre has opened Kickstarter preorders for its Retro Ambient Sound System (RASS), a wireless, wall-mountable hi-fi system, at a starting price of $399 plus $76 shipping. According to Tom's Hardware, that price applies to late-pledge and early-bird backers, after which the price rises to $429.
The RASS is made up of three components: the TTT-LP3 vinyl turntable, the TTT-DP3 CD player and a cassette player. Each unit carries its own battery, USB-C charging port and Bluetooth connection, so the parts can be used independently as well as together.
The TTT-LP3 ships with an Audio-Technica AT-3600L phono cartridge, a self-balancing tonearm and a manual speed knob offering up to ±5% adjustment. It supports Bluetooth with the AptX, AptX HD and AptX Adaptive codecs and adds an auxiliary 3.5mm output. The turntable can also charge wirelessly using an included T-shaped adapter.
The TTT-DP3 CD player uses physical buttons and a small OLED screen for track information, and comes with a magnetic dust cover. Buyers who do not want the full set can order the individual components separately.
In October 2025, Tom's Hardware also covered the Syitren RM1 CD player frame.
