Voicemod Key Pocket phone gadget up for preorder at $130

The MagSafe clip-on controls Voicemod's voice-changing app with about six buttons and a wheel, and works with phones, consoles and headsets.

Voicemod announced the Voicemod Key Pocket, a phone-mounted device that controls its voice-changing apps, and opened preorders at $130. The company announced the device on October 18, 2026.

The Key Pocket magnetically clips to the back of phones using MagSafe-compatible magnets. It carries about six buttons and a wheel for switching voices, playing soundboard clips and adjusting projected voice volume.

According to a Voicemod statement, voice processing runs locally and in real time, separately from games and streaming apps. The company says its app offers over 200 original voices, over 76,000 community-made voices and over 800,000 user-made sounds and memes.

The device supports wired and Bluetooth headsets and has USB passthrough charging. It works with phones, tablets and consoles including PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2 and Meta Quest 2, 3 and 3S, and connects over USB-C, a wired 3.5mm port or Bluetooth.

CNET reported the launch details. Voicemod has offered voice-changing software online for years; at Mobile World Congress 2026 earlier this year, company executives discussed their view of voice as part of digital identity.
