Wiseitech, Innotion sign MOU to pair AI platforms with computing infrastructure

The two Korean companies will target US enterprise customers and public-sector AI projects in Latin America under the strategic agreement.

Wiseitech said on October 29, 2026 that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Innotion, an AI data center full-stack company, according to datanet.co.kr. The agreement covers global business expansion built on AI platforms and computing infrastructure.

Under the MOU, the two companies plan to combine Wiseitech's AI operations platform WiseAIOps and its AI model development solution WiseProphet with Innotion's AI computing infrastructure. WiseAIOps manages the full AI model lifecycle, from data collection and model development to deployment, monitoring and retraining. WiseProphet automates machine learning algorithm selection and hyperparameter optimization.

The US and Latin America were set as the main cooperation markets. In the US, the companies will draw on local networks of Innotion and affiliated companies to find enterprise customers and partners, and are considering proof-of-concept and SaaS-based supply models.

In Latin America, they plan to jointly explore public-sector AI and data business opportunities through cooperation channels with local government, education and public institutions, including in Paraguay.
