Xenon Files for KOSDAQ IPO, Opens Subscription Process

Xenon submitted a securities registration statement to the Financial Services Commission and has begun its public offering process for a KOSDAQ listing, according to inews24.com.
The company is offering a total of 2.2 million shares, with a hoped-for price range of 9,700 to 12,200 won per share. That would raise between about 21.34 billion won and 26.84 billion won.
Samsung Securities is the lead underwriter for the deal.
Institutional demand forecasting is scheduled for the 26th to the 30th, followed by the general subscription on November 4-5.
Xenon said it plans to use the proceeds to invest in AI infrastructure, including GPUs, and to strengthen its Xenos, OneAgent and Physical AI products.
