XGIMI Opens US Reservations for Aura 3 Max, Pro Before Kickstarter

XGIMI has opened US reservations for the Aura 3 Max and Aura 3 Pro ahead of a Kickstarter campaign that launches on October 20, according to Android Authority. The reservation page reveals both Kickstarter and eventual retail pricing for the two projectors.
Kickstarter pricing starts at $2,399 for the Aura 3 Max and $2,199 for the Aura 3 Pro. A refundable $50 deposit placed through XGIMI cuts a further $200 from both, bringing Super Early Bird prices to $2,199 for the Max and $1,999 for the Pro.
XGIMI lists eventual MSRPs of $4,999 for the Aura 3 Max and $3,999 for the Aura 3 Pro. Both models use RGB triple-laser projection and support 4K playback at 120Hz.
The Aura 3 Max is rated at 5,700 ISO lumens with an 8,000:1 native contrast ratio, while the Pro is rated at 4,100 ISO lumens with a 7,000:1 contrast ratio.
XGIMI says shipping is expected to begin in December, following Kickstarter orders.
