Leak Details Cancelled Xiaomi 18 Ultra and Its 200MP Triple Camera

A Digital Chat Station leak says the cancelled Xiaomi 18 Ultra was to pack a 200MP main, ultrawide and periscope camera at CNY 9,999.

A new leak has revealed the specifications of the cancelled Xiaomi 18 Ultra, along with the reason Xiaomi reportedly dropped the phone. Digital Chat Station published the details on October 5, 2026, according to Android Authority.

The Xiaomi 18 Ultra would have run on a flagship chipset with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Its camera setup was to centre on three 200MP sensors: a LOFIC main camera, an ultrawide, and a periscope telephoto lens.

Xiaomi originally planned to launch the phone at CNY 9,999, roughly $1,490. The launch was cancelled because Xiaomi reportedly judged that price too high for sustainable sales.
