DSC Investment subsidiary launches DDworks and IMworks for investment sector

DSC Investment subsidiary 똑똑 has launched DDworks, an AI work agent for the alternative investment industry, and IMworks, an integrated investment management service, according to Venturesquare.
DDworks connects investment and fund information stored in ERP systems with contracts and meeting minutes, helping investment staff search for information and review documents. Quantitative data such as investment amounts and fund status are aggregated from the ERP ledger using predefined rules, while the AI analyzes documents and drafts reports. Final review and judgment remain with the person in charge, rather than the AI making investment decisions.
IMworks links three existing systems: GPworks, an asset manager ERP, LPworks for institutional investors, and STworks for portfolio companies.
As part of the product reorganization, the existing VCworks ERP was renamed GPworks. The new name reflects broader coverage beyond venture capital, extending to new technology financing firms and private equity managers, as well as co-GP and SPC structures, the company said. In October 2025, the facts do not specify prior launch schedules for the two products.
Showcase scheduled in Seoul
똑똑 will hold a showcase for investment industry practitioners from the 28th to the 30th of this month at the Trstone Building near Seoul Forest Station in Seoul. The event will demonstrate DDworks and IMworks features for new technology financing firms and CVC officials, and will include a Q&A session and networking.
