Colorful Palette founds animation studio LATENT ONE
The Project SEKAI developer's new subsidiary is led by director Riku Tsukada and released a 2D music video for the game's 6th anniversary song 'Emerald'.
Colorful Palette announced on October 31 that it has established an animation production subsidiary called LATENT ONE Co., Ltd. The new company handles planning, production and producing of animation, according to automaton-media.com.
LATENT ONE is based in Sumitomo Fudosan Aobadai Tower in Meguro, Tokyo, the same building as its parent. Colorful Palette director Riku Tsukada serves as its representative director, while Colorful Palette representative director Yuichiro Kondo and executive officer Daiki Tamagawa also hold director positions at the subsidiary.
The studio's stated mission is to keep delivering "the best single animation of your life" with new power, producing animation music videos and original works.
