Fantagraphics Sets Donald Duck Legacy #392 for December 2, 2026
The forty-page holiday anthology reunites the Three Caballeros in a cocoa-bean quest and sends Donald and Scrooge into a fantasy realm.
Fantagraphics will publish Donald Duck Legacy #392 on December 2, 2026, the publisher has announced. The forty-page holiday anthology expands the company's Disney Legacy Comic Books library and contains two original globe-trotting quests, according to Screen Rant.
The main story is written by Ralph du Mosch with art from Carmen Pérez, Tony Fernández and Marta Leonat. It reunites the Three Caballeros, as Donald, Panchito and José search the Mexican rainforests for rare cocoa beans needed by Scrooge McDuck. Their expedition runs into danger from Pralina Trufflesniff, an aggressive warthog industrialist determined to monopolize the harvest.
A secondary feature from writer Stefan Petrucha and illustrator Francisco Rodriguez Peinado follows Donald and his uncle to Germany. There, the mystical "Earring of the Nibblequack" throws the pair into a high-fantasy realm of monsters.
The Three Caballeros first appeared together in the 1944 Disney film of the same name, which became a cornerstone of the studio's Good Neighbor policy toward Latin America.
