The EVA online storefront has opened pre-orders for a 1/7 scale pre-painted complete figure of Misato Katsuragi in her manga appearance, produced by Hobby Max Japan. The figure is priced at 23,980 yen (approximately $152) and is expected to arrive in April 2027.
Standing about 26 cm tall, the figure includes a clear acrylic stand. Its design is based on Stage 73, "Reaching the Boundary," from the Evangelion manga. The EVA store partners with Buyee to make the figure available internationally.
The Evangelion manga predated the anime by nearly a year and concluded in June 2014. Stage 73, "Reaching the Boundary," was initially released in Monthly Shonen Ace's October 2006 issue.
