Universal Studios Japan announced on October 26 the second round of details for its Holiday Kids Free Pass, covering limited-time food, goods and games aimed at families, according to animeanime.jp.
Under a Kids Set Campaign, guests who order an adult meal at nine restaurants in the park that offer kids sets receive a half-price kids set. The Holiday Kids Set features Snoopy, Elmo and Hello Kitty. Guests who buy two Super Mario-themed popcorn buckets or drink bottles together get one of them at half price.
Some carnival games in Minion Park, including Banana Cabana, will run special rules for children, such as more balls to try or a changed standing position. Ride photos such as Donkey Kong's Crazy Trolley Photo are offered at 50% off.
A winter-only mission rally called Elmo's Treasure Expedition, in which guests explore the park with Elmo and search for treasure, can be experienced without the Holiday Kids Free Pass. Guests who clear all missions earn a sparkling special sticker.
