Dawn of War 4 Space Marines Detailed in New Interview

Creative director Jan Theysen explains how the elite faction builds from orbit and deploys units by Drop Pod or Thunderhawk in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4.

New details on how the Space Marines play in Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War 4 have emerged from an exclusive interview with creative director Jan Theysen, alongside fresh screenshots of the faction. The interview and images were published by IGN.

According to the interview, the Space Marines are the most elite faction in the game, fielding few units that are expensive and powerful. Unlike other armies, they do not rely on a builder unit to construct structures: instead, buildings are called in from orbit and can be placed anywhere on the map.

The faction also produces units in reserve and deploys them onto the battlefield via Drop Pod or Thunderhawk. King Art Games has separately published several gameplay videos showing the game's competitive multiplayer.
