Demon's Knight Fever confirmed for October 22, 2026 release
Producer Sohei Niikawa's SRPG Demon's Knight Fever launches October 22, 2026, with a minion-sacrifice combat system and a CERO B rating.
Demon's Knight Fever, an SRPG produced by Sohei Niikawa, has been confirmed for release on October 22, 2026, according to game.donga.com. The game has received a CERO B rating for ages 12 and up.
The title casts players as the source of evil, who must kill his own minions to survive. Its stated concept is "enjoy evil deeds," reversing conventional SRPG norms. Players work to restore the power of the infant grim reaper Gigasgoi Death and defeat a false god wearing a mask of justice.
The combat design includes a "minion exploitation system" in which allies are sacrificed during battle, while a separate evil-point system makes players stronger the more evil deeds they perform. Minions cannot be directly controlled by the player. Killing a minion causes it to reincarnate stronger, but a minion defeated by an enemy is permanently lost.
The evil level is modeled after characters from Akira Toriyama's Dr. Slump, and the structure is designed for repeated playthroughs, with random elements intended to prevent a single optimal route.
For the Korean release, Acquire handled localization and adapted "kidnapping" to "bossam." Supernichi is the development company behind the project, and Nippon Ichi Software, the studio behind the Disgaea series, is named among the entities involved.
