Diablo: Unbound Tabletop Game Announced for Q1 2027
Glass Cannon Unplugged's 1-4 player adaptation is crowdfunding on Gamefound, with the Treasure Goblin Expansion free for followers.
Diablo: Unbound, a tabletop adaptation of the Diablo video game series, has been announced for release in Q1 2027, according to screenrant.com. The game is developed by Glass Cannon Unplugged and supports 1 to 4 players.
In play, players choose a class, build a hero, then select a dungeon and its enemies before fighting a boss using cards, miniatures and dice. The project is being crowdfunded first through Gamefound, and following the campaign grants the Gamefound Exclusive Treasure Goblin Expansion for free.
Diablo: Unbound will also be available through retailers at launch, so backers will not be the only route to a copy.
Other Gamefound tabletop projects
The campaign arrives after Dying Light: The Board Game recently raised over $1.5 million on Gamefound. On the video game side, Diablo 4 is no longer getting paid expansions, and Diablo 5 is not releasing until 2029.
