Digimon Alysion card game app opens pre-registration
The smartphone version of the Digimon Card Game includes the Memory System, Evolution rules and an original story mode based on Digimon Liberator.
Pre-registration has opened for Digimon Alysion, a smartphone app version of the Digimon Card Game, according to 4gamer.net. The announcement was made on October 28, 2026.
The app reproduces the Memory System and Evolution rules almost unchanged. Battles follow the familiar flow of placing Digimon in the battle area, evolving them and attacking, with the win going to the player who breaks all of the opponent's security and lands the finishing blow.
Digimon Alysion will include digital versions of existing cards alongside new cards that are exclusive to the app.
Story mode based on Digimon Liberator
The app also features a story mode built on an original story based on the Digimon Liberator web manga and novel. It follows a card game beginner named Hon'do Kanata, who learns the rules with help from their close friend Futsure.
