Drawquarium launches on Steam on November 13, rokaplay says
The sandbox aquarium sim lets players draw fish and plants that swim in the tank, and includes timers, a diary and a task manager.
Publisher rokaplay announced on October 26 that Drawquarium, its sandbox aquarium simulation game, will be released for PC via Steam on November 13, 2026, according to news.denfaminicogamer.jp.
In Drawquarium, players draw their own fish and plants, and the drawings move around the tank. The game supports drawing with a Mouse and with pen tablets including Wacom, and players can also import PNG images. Fish placed in the tank grow when fed and celebrated on their birthdays, and golden scales collected in the tank unlock new decorations and customization options.
The finished aquarium can be set as an animated desktop wallpaper. The game also bundles a pomodoro timer, diary, task manager, stopwatch and clock, and players can visit aquariums made by other players.
From a personal project to a Steam release
Drawquarium is a personal project by Kaleb, a professional 3D artist working in the film industry in Berlin, Germany, who taught himself Unreal Engine and Blueprints without formal game development education, under the developer name byKaleb.
Before release, the game's Steam wishlist registrations exceeded 75,000. Its introduction trailer on GameTrailers has been viewed about 400,000 times, and a post on X received more than 16,000 likes. An expanded demo was released to coincide with Steam Next Fest in October 2026, and a free demo version is available on Steam.
