Girls Band Cry First Riff opens pre-registration for iOS, Android

DONUTS and Toei Animation are co-developing the 3D live game, which features a new key visual and a theme song by the in-game band.

Pre-registration has opened for the smartphone game Girls Band Cry First Riff, 4gamer.net reported. The title is being developed jointly by DONUTS and Toei Animation and is planned for iOS and Android.

Alongside the sign-up period, the developers released a newly drawn key visual by illustrator Nari Teshima and the game's first promotional movie, which uses the theme song "Mukidashi no Kyomei" performed by the band Togenashi Togeari.

Members of Togenashi Togeari appear in the game alongside original bands and characters. The title is built around a full 3D live performance format.

The fourth episode of the official livestream program about the game, Girls Band Cry First Riff Official Livestream, will be streamed on YouTube from 19:00 on November 7.
