Hinan Games updates horror diagnosis demo ahead of December 1 launch
The Steam demo now follows the full game's reception-to-results flow, and records can be carried over to the full version on the same PC.
Hinan Games updated the playable demo of its horror diagnosis game on Steam on October 27, 2026, ahead of the full release on December 1, 2026, according to gamebiz.jp. The title is a Japanese-language release, and no official English name has been announced.
The demo follows the same flow as the full game: reception, diagnosis, a stage and results. Players work through a limited set of fears and can repeat the process.
Records collected in the demo can be carried over to the full version on the same PC, the developer said.
According to Hinan Games, the game builds more than 2 million possible stage variations based on the player's fear diagnosis. A separate browser version of the fear diagnosis is available for free and takes about three minutes.
The game includes an optional microphone function that measures scream volume without recording or transmitting audio.
Solo development
Hinan Games is a solo developer, and the game had already been scheduled for a Steam launch on December 1, 2026.
