Honkai: Nexus Anima Final Closed Beta Opens November 25
HoYoverse is taking sign-ups for a limited beta on PC, Android and iOS that adds Nexus Arena and new story chapters to the creature-catching RPG.
HoYoverse has opened registration for the Final Closed Beta of Honkai: Nexus Anima, which begins on November 25, 2026, on PC, Android and iOS, according to cbr.com. Places are limited to selected applicants who sign up through the game's official website.
Testers begin as an Animaster who departs from the town of Iia on the continent of Lusciell in the Plane of Reality. The beta adds new story chapters along with new companions and rivals.
Players can rest in their own RVs and build habitats for their Anima creatures. Chromatic forms of Anima appear in the wilderness, and juvenile Anima travel alongside the player. The build also introduces affectionate interactions with Anima, including holding hands, hugging and lifting players into the air.
The first 5-star Eidos or Anima a player obtains is guaranteed to be the currently featured limited one, and owners of a featured limited Eidos can claim its matching Anima Companion for free.
Nexus Arena debuts
The new Nexus Arena mode makes its first appearance in this beta, with lineups, ranked competition and tougher enemies in the open world and challenge stages.
Honkai: Nexus Anima is a free-to-play open-world creature-catching RPG scheduled to launch in spring 2027.
