Honkai: Nexus Anima Gets Spring 2027 Release Window

HoYoverse has set the official release window for Honkai: Nexus Anima at spring 2027 on PC, iOS and Android, according to GameSpark. The company also confirmed that a Final Beta Test for the game will begin on November 25 on the same platforms.

The Final Beta Test is a limited-capacity test with participant data wiped afterwards, and testers will be chosen by lottery. Applications close at 10:59 on November 22 and are submitted through a survey on the official website. Pre-registration on the App Store has already opened.

New areas, camper van and ranked battles

The beta adds new characters and Anima, plus new areas in the starting town of Iatown, including a traditional bank lobby, office buildings and an island with a lighthouse. Players also get a personal camper van and can build Anima habitats through map exploration.

A new Nexus Arena mode lets players freely form parties and compete for rank against matched opponents. New interaction actions such as holding hands, hugging and being lifted by an Anima are unlocked as well.

HoYoverse also said the beta adjusts the gacha rules so the featured 5-star item is guaranteed on the first 5-star pull in the limited Mirrorheart Link and limited Anima Link banners, and obtaining a limited Mirrorheart grants its partner Anima for free. A new latest PV and in-game footage were released alongside the announcement.

HoYoverse previously developed Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail.
