Japan Stigmatized Property 4 set for February 10, 2027
Loxarc's horror monitoring game adds a two-player co-op mode and four properties, including a Niigata location used as a stage.
Loxarc will release Japan Stigmatized Property 4 on February 10, 2027 for PC via Steam, iOS and Android, according to gamespark.jp. The game is the fourth entry in the Japan Stigmatized Property monitoring horror series.
In the game, players scan for randomly occurring anomalies by switching between normal and night-vision camera feeds. Reporting too many false anomalies fails the mission; the mission succeeds if monitoring continues from midnight until 5 a.m.
Players can handle four properties, and a two-player co-op monitoring mode is included alongside solo play. A location in Niigata Prefecture, known as Russia Village, appears as a stage.
Series sale on Steam
A Steam series sale runs until November 3, 2026, with series titles discounted by 10% to 20%.
