LEGO Ideas 21375 Godzilla retail box leaks ahead of Black Friday launch
A store shelf photo shows the 5,363-piece 18+ set, which is rumored to cost between $449.99 and $499.99.
The final design of LEGO Ideas set 21375 Godzilla surfaced online on October 31, 2026, with images showing the retail box already sitting on a store shelf ahead of its expected launch. Game Rant reported on the leak.
The box identifies the model as an 18+ build made up of 5,363 pieces. The retail version stands more upright than the original fan submission and comes with large bright-blue dorsal plates and a blue atomic breath effect.
By piece count, the set would rank sixth among the largest LEGO sets released in 2026, according to the reported figures.
The set is reported to be expected to launch on Black Friday, November 27, and is rumored to be priced between $449.99 and $499.99. Neither the launch date nor the price has been confirmed by LEGO.
From fan project to retail set
The Godzilla project was submitted to LEGO Ideas in December 2023 and reached the required 10,000 supporters by October 2024. It was one of 54 qualifying submissions in the Third 2024 LEGO Ideas Review, and LEGO selected it for product development in June 2025.
The fan designer had previously estimated the original model at roughly 2,500-3,000 pieces. Separately, LEGO's 21065 Sagrada Familia, with 12,060 pieces, is scheduled for release on November 1 as the company's largest set of all time.
