Lineage Remastered Gets Golden Desert Abella Update
NCSoft's Lineage Remastered adds the Wol-yeong-sa class, the Abella territory and a dedicated server in its new Golden Desert Abella update.
NCSoft applied a new update titled 'Golden Desert Abella' to its PC online MMORPG Lineage Remastered on the 7th, according to game.donga.com. The patch introduces a new playable class, a new territory and a dedicated server.
The update adds a thirteenth class named Wol-yeong-sa, a long-range assassin-type class that fights with a dedicated weapon called a chakram.
It also opens the territory of Abella, which includes hunting grounds such as the Mountain Range of Twilight and the Forest of Illusions, a timed dungeon called the Underground Waterway of the Tower of Arrogance, and a reward-growth dungeon named the Tamas Temple.
A specialized server named Abella opened alongside the update with a level 99 growth cap and some system restrictions intended to ease early growth gaps between players.
Players can receive an 'Abella Episode Coupon' until before the regular maintenance on December 16. The coupon grants an Elixir Cube that provides a total of 1,000 Elixirs (EXP) over 60 days.
NCSoft also said a 'Fierce Infinite War' update, which expands the existing Infinite War to an inter-server format, will be added in the fourth quarter of this year, with 30 servers competing in a 3-round time attack.
