Art book Lost Property Control Bureau gets board game in February 2027

The 1-4 player board game adapts the art book's world with randomly generated dungeon rooms and is dated for February 18, 2027.

A board game adaptation of the art book Lost Property Control Bureau has been announced for release on February 18, 2027, according to 4gamer.net. The game is titled Lost Property Control Bureau Board Game: Room After Room.

The title supports 1 to 4 players and adapts the world of the original art book. Each time players enter a dungeon room, the layout is randomly generated, so the space changes shape as the game progresses.

Players strengthen their characters while exploring deeper levels, where dangerous lost objects roam. The objective is to defeat the boss waiting at the deepest part of the dungeon.

Battles with those lost objects and the exploration of rooms yield experience and equipment. Dice rolls drive choices and bluffing, and the publisher says play styles can vary depending on the strategy each player adopts.

Acrylic stands featuring illustrations newly drawn for the game are also planned for sale. A Kadokawa Store-limited acrylic stand set that bundles the board game is being offered as well.
