Miskatonic University Art Club drawing game launches on Steam and Google Play

ASOBIBAKUROUSAGI released the 2-8 player Mythos drawing game on October 30, 2026, priced at 480 yen; an iOS version is in App Store review.

ASOBIBAKUROUSAGI LLC released the online drawing game Miskatonic University Art Club on Steam for Windows and Mac and on Google Play for Android on October 30, 2026, according to news.denfaminicogamer.jp. An iOS version is currently under App Store review and is planned for release soon.

The game supports 2 to 8 players online, with crossplay between PC, smartphones and tablets. It is a one-time purchase of 480 yen including tax, with no ads and no in-app purchases, and it supports Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese and Korean.

Matches are built around the Mythos: players draw creatures using only strange description texts, then guess which creature each drawing depicts over five rounds. Drawing tools include a Crayon Mode with three pen thicknesses and a Shape Mode using square, triangle, circle and star stamps.

The art club president sometimes issues sudden instructions that change the drawing conditions, such as working in black and white or watching ink levels. As players earn points, their madness level rises, warping the canvas and making drawn lines wavy.

Drawings that more than half of the players guess correctly are added to the player's own Necronomicon, progressing a story with the club president.
