Vanillaware and Marvelous have announced Muramasa: Revenant Blades, a 4K remake of Muramasa: The Demon Blade, set to launch in 2027. The announcement was reported by Polygon.

The remake renders the action-RPG in 4K resolution and includes a new localization alongside new and remastered content. It also adds new weapons and combat systems.
