Gravity launches NBA Rise worldwide on October 20
The officially licensed basketball card game is out on Google Play and the App Store across eight markets, including Korea and Australia.
Gravity released its self-developed basketball card game NBA Rise globally on October 20, the company announced. The title is available on Google Play and the Apple App Store in Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
NBA Rise is built on official license agreements with the NBA and the NBPA, and includes real player cards, team logos and match data. Rosters are based on the 2025-2026 season.
Matches are presented in a broadcast style, with quarter information, team power, points and rebounds shown in real time. Players assemble their line-ups through scouting and card training and promotion, with position combinations and a synergy system shaping the squad.
The content line-up covers PvP Arena, a popularity contest, Tower Race, PvE season matches, Daily Division and RvR club occupation battles. A club system with chat and inter-club competition is included, alongside a market where all items, player cards among them, can be traded.
Gravity global mobile business team lead Geon-seok Noh said the game focuses on delivering a realistic basketball play experience based on the official NBA license, according to gamemeca.com.
Launch events are running alongside the release. Login attendance rewards are available until December 31, with one reward per day for up to 14 days, and a card training and promotion reward event runs until November 4. Players who join the official Discord channel and post verification and their in-game ID by November 10 receive 500 gold and 10,000 silver.
