Netmarble unveils WB All-Star Raising idle RPG from Kabam

The licensed crossover title brings together characters from nine Warner Bros. animated and DC properties, with more than 100 planned at launch.

Netmarble unveiled WB All-Star Raising, an idle collection RPG in development at its North American subsidiary Kabam, on November 6. The game is being developed under a license from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

The title draws on nine properties: Justice League Unlimited, Adventure Time, Looney Tunes, Teen Titans Go!, Animaniacs, Scooby-Doo, Steven Universe, Samurai Jack and The Powerpuff Girls. Players can assemble teams that mix heroes and villains, including Batman, Superman, the Teen Titans, Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo, and Finn and Jake.

More than 100 characters are planned for the official launch, according to DigitalToday. The story opens with Brain from Pinky and the Brain getting hold of a Universal Remote that lets him take control of worlds inside televisions.

Characters are rendered in 2D animation styled after their original works and each has individual combat abilities. Kabam said it plans to add new characters and worlds after launch.

Specific service regions and a release schedule will be announced later. Kabam executive producer Sébastien Goudé said the focus was on naturally fitting characters and worlds from multiple animated works into one game.
