Nintendo eShop and Switch Online launch in the Philippines Nov. 10
Nintendo says both Switch 2 and original Switch owners in the Philippines will get the store and subscription service on the same day.
Nintendo will launch Nintendo eShop and Nintendo Switch Online in the Philippines on November 10, the company announced. The services will cover both Nintendo Switch 2 and the original Nintendo Switch.
The eShop will let users in the Philippines buy and download games, downloadable content and Nintendo Switch Online memberships, according to screenrant.com.
Nintendo Switch Online features available from day one include online battles, co-op play, a selection of titles from past Nintendo consoles, exclusive games for subscribers and Save Data Cloud.
Previously, some Switch owners in the Philippines relied on third-party sellers to top up eShop balances or switched their account region to shop on the store. In October 2025, subscription services such as Xbox Live Gold, PlayStation Plus and Nintendo Switch Online had historically offered a single tier, with PlayStation Plus and Switch Online later adding multiple tiers.
