Nyambiri Fishing Weather launches on Steam for PC

Kunpan Games has released Lumenex's debut title, a desktop idle fishing game with six-player multiplayer, on November 5, 2026.

Kunpan Games released the desktop idle fishing game Nyambiri Fishing Weather for PC via Steam on November 5, 2026, according to automaton-media.com. The title is developed by Lumenex and is the studio's debut release.

The game runs in a window that can be freely moved and resized on the desktop, and it supports Japanese. Up to six players can fish together, with friend invites and random matching available. Multiplayer includes chat and stamp reactions, but no voice chat.

Players collect both real and fictional fish, fill an encyclopedia and display their catches in an aquarium. Drifting debris yields resources and sometimes mysterious eggs that hatch into cats. Avatars can be customized with more than 100 items obtained through gacha, plus a hand-drawing tool.

A launch sale offers 10% off, bringing the price to 720 yen including tax, until November 16.

Student-led studio

Lumenex is an indie studio made up mainly of current university students aiming to deliver surprising indie games, and Nyambiri Fishing Weather is its first title.
