Path to Nowhere 4th-anniversary update adds new main story event

AISNO Games released a new version of Path to Nowhere on November 3, 2026 for iOS and Android, according to automaton-media.com. The update marks the game's 4th anniversary and opens a special main story event that runs from after maintenance on November 3 until December 8 at 4:59.
The update adds a special item that can further boost the stats of a Convict at Lv.90, usable up to three times per Convict. S-rank Convicts whose Shackle resonance is already maxed grant a form of overflow arrest permit each time they are arrested again.
New shop and challenge mode
A new shop opening November 6 at 14:00 lets players exchange those permits for the stat item and S-rank Convict marks. The shop unlocks only for players who own at least one S-rank Convict with maxed Shackles.
The defensive mode gains a special challenge mode with three new stages and a point ranking, with the top 100 players entering the ranking. A display feature for equipped crime marks was added to the formation screen, and skill activation and duration times can now be shown in battle. A 3DCG character PV for the Convict Requiem was released ahead of the event.
