Revival Games released the total conversion mod ADRENALIN for Postal 2 on October 31, according to gamespark.jp. A final trailer for the mod was also published.
ADRENALIN is described as one of the largest mods ever made, adding a new campaign, levels, weapons, models, and sounds. It is a single-player, linear add-on with a distinct atmosphere and play style compared with the original Postal 2.
The mod contains two total conversions and two separate story campaigns set in the shared city of Rockwood. Campaign 1, titled Call of Paradise, recreates the raw psychological horror atmosphere of the first Postal. Campaign 2, titled Outlaw, is built around the concept of combining Postal 2 with Duke Nukem 3D.

ADRENALIN is available on Steam Workshop and ModDB. The Steam Workshop version requires game version 5100 and does not play movies. The complete version, which works on any game version, is available on ModDB and also works with the GOG.com version of the game.
