Potion-making: Path of Alchemist full release hits Steam November 11

Oduvan Games' strategic board game sends players across six locations to gather ingredients, brew potions and chain recipes.

Oduvan Games announced that the full version of Potion-making: Path of Alchemist will be released on Steam on November 11, according to gamebiz.jp.

The title is a strategic board game in which players plan routes with a travel board while making potions and chaining recipes. Movement tokens are used to visit locations on the board, gathering ingredients and brewing as they go.

The board features six locations — Five Worlds Library, Floating Island, Great Forest, Snow Kingdom, Underwater World and Valley of Creation — each with its own movement rules and gimmicks. In the Snow Kingdom, slippery ice limits movement power, while movement in the Underwater World requires paired tokens.

Two modes are included: online play with friends and AI matches that can be played at the player's own pace. The game also adds effects displayed when moving and customization elements for hats.

A demo version is available so players can try the game mechanics ahead of launch.
