PS Plus Essential November 2026 Games Out Now: Dead Island 2, Monster Train 2
Subscribers can download the November 2026 PlayStation Plus Essential lineup, which also includes a remastered collection of the second Tomb Raider trilogy.
The PlayStation Plus Essential games for November 2026 are available to download now, according to gamerant.com. This month's lineup includes Dead Island 2, Monster Train 2 and a remastered collection of the second Tomb Raider trilogy.
Dead Island 2, developed by Dambuster Studios, is the headline inclusion. The zombie action game was previously offered through the PS Plus Extra Game Catalog, first arriving in October 2024 and leaving in August 2026.
Its return as an Essential title comes three months after that Extra departure. Other games that have moved from the Extra catalog to Essential include Stray, Little Nightmares, It Takes Two, Borderlands 3, Ghostwire: Tokyo and Monster Hunter Rise.
Monster Train 2, the roguelike deckbuilder, and the remastered Tomb Raider collection round out the November 2026 offering. The lineup is available to Essential subscribers, as well as those on higher tiers, for the month.
Titles shifting between tiers
Sony has moved several games between its subscription tiers over time. Grand Theft Auto 5 has appeared in PS Plus on three separate occasions, including an Extra run from December 2023 to mid 2024, a return in November of that year, and another return on November 15, 2025. Slay the Spire and LEGO Horizon Adventures followed the opposite path, starting as Essential drops before moving to Extra.
