Sony unveils transparent Prism Collection for PS5

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the Prism Collection, a line of transparent accessories for the PS5, on October 29, 2026. The range covers DualSense wireless controllers and matching PS5 console covers.
The collection comes in three colors: Flare Orange, Emerald Green and Graphite Gray. According to PlayStation Blog, the design team members Leo Cardoso and Satoshi Aoyagi worked on the Color, Material, and Finish side of the lineup.
Pricing for the DualSense controllers is set at SGD 115, MYR 419, THB 2,890, IDR 1,549,000, PHP 5,699 and VND 2,399,000. The console covers carry an RRP of SGD 101, MYR 369, THB 2,590, IDR 1,359,000, PHP 5,099 and VND 2,099,000.
Sony said the console covers will be sold in limited quantities through select retailers. The Prism Collection launches starting February 4, 2027, with dates varying by region.
Rooted in a late-'90s look
The transparent styling echoes the see-through hardware trend of the late '90s, according to the design background shared with the announcement.
